Simple Breakfast Burrito With Quail Eggs

If you ask us, there’s nothing like a fast breakfast that’s chock full of nutrients and protein, whether you’re heading out to the gym or need to fuel up before work.
If you like it on the crunchy side, try crisping up your wrapped burrito in a panini press before serving.
- 6 quail eggs, scrambled
- 1 corn or flour tortilla, large
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 slices bacon, fried
- 2 tbsp salsa, or more to taste
- 1/2 of an avocado, sliced
- Cilantro, chopped, if desired
For one burrito:
Scramble the quail eggs using your preferred method — see our recipe for tips!
Lay the tortilla on a large plate.
Add the shredded cheese and bacon slices as a bottom layer in the middle of the tortilla. Put on the scrambled eggs as the next layer.
Top the eggs with salsa, avocado and cilantro (if desired).
Wrap it up and dig in!
