Ingredients

    • Spinach

    • Edamame

    • Quail eggs

    • Quinoa

    • Red bell pepper

    • Cucumber

    • Butternut squash

    • Hummus

    • Sauerkraut

    • Avocado chunks

    • Hemp seeds

    • Sea salt

    • Olive oil and balsamic vinegar as a dressing!

Layer all ingredients in a bowl, then drizzle in olive oil and balsamic vinegar!
