Best Quail Egg Salad Sandwiches

Egg salad sandwiches are one of the definitive lunchbox foods. But have you ever tried them with quail eggs?
Easy to make and ready in a flash, these sandwiches can be an entire meal or a quick snack.

- 24 quail eggs, hard-boiled and cooled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 rib celery, finely diced
- 2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Chop the hard-boiled eggs.
In a large bowl, mix the chopped eggs with mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper (to taste) until smooth and creamy.
Add the green onion, celery and dill to the bowl. Stir well!
Your salad is ready for sandwiches!
